A meeting was held between Director of the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs, Mr. Žarko Laketa and representatives of the Agency for Identification Documents Registers and data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the main topic focused on the digitization initiative. This innovation aims to improve and speed up the services of the SFA, enabling greater efficiency and transparency in its work.
The Deputy Director of IDDEEA, Mr. Petar Bilčar and the Chief of Director’s Cabinet, Mr. Dragan Vukajlović, discussed with Director Laketa on digital platforms, optimization of existing processes and establishment of new methods for improving user experience. It was also discussed on the cooperation with IDDEEA in order to ensure implementation of the latest digital tools and practices in the work of the SFA.
Director of the SFA , Mr. Laketa particularly expressed his gratitude to the Director of IDDEEA, Mr. Almir Badnjević, the Deputy Director of IDDEEA, Mr. Petar Bilčar and the Chief od Director’s Cabinet, Mr. Dragan Vukajlović, for their future contribution to the digitization project. Their expertise and dedication are of the great importance to the SFA.
