Director of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Žarko Laketa held a meeting with the Chief of the Police of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Goran Pisić, during an official visit to the Police of Brčko District, where current issues related to migration movements in the area were discussed.
The meeting included exchanged views on the current assessment of migration flows in the region, as well the measures that our institutions are implementing to monitor the situation and adequately respond to the challenges in area of migration.
The participants also stressed the importance of good cooperation and continuous communication between institutions, emphasizing that coordinated action and the dissemination of relevant information represent an important segment of the efficient implementation of migration processes.
During the discussion, it was assessed that the Service for Foreigners' Affairs and the Brčko District Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina achieve high-quality and professional cooperation, with mutual readiness to further develop and improve it in the coming period through joint activities andcoordination in the field.
