As part of its continued support for the development migration management capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union donated six new vehicles to the Service for Foreigners, worth a total of BAM 601,101.72. The donation consists of three off-road vehicles, one mid-size passenger vehicle, and two vans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The donation was implemented through the project \u2018Individual Measure for Strengthening Border Management Capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina\u2019 implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Through this project, the Union provides strong support to the Ministry of Security of BiH, the Service for Foreigners\u2019 Affairs, the Border Police, the Asylum Sector, the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, as well as other  competent institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Service for Foreigners\u2019 Affairs expresses its gratitude to the European Commission, and IOM for their consistent support and contribution to improving operational capacities in the field of migration management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
