Conducting the enhanced operative measures of movement and stay of aliens, the inspectors of Service for Foreigners Affairs detected interesting person regarding safety issues at the region of Banja Luka.
In procedure conducted by Service for Foreigners Affairs in order to determine legality of stay in BiH, and operative work and checks, this person is identified as S.R. , the citizen of the Republic of Croatia, which is wanted person by Interpol Monaco, due to the committed criminal offense Organized crime and aggravated theft.
Upon collected information, the foreign citizen is surrendered to Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, and they apprehended her and escorted a person to the BiH Court, in order to conduct extradition procedure.
The foreigh citizen is related to safety interesting person to whom the Service for Foreigners Affairs imposed expulsion measure and placed under surveillance at the Immigration center of Service in respect of breaches immigration regulations and identity determination, given that the aforesaid person has not identification documents.
Service for Foreigners Affairs shall proceed conducting enhanced measures of control of movement and stay of foreigners in B&H in following period, and shall provide full contribution to security by its operative activities
