On 23 September 2024, Director of Service for Foreigners’ Affairs, Mr. Žarko Laketa, held a meeting with the Head of the Office and the UN Security Advisor, Mr. Nikolay Vancheva.
During the meeting, the previous results of cooperation, further steps in improving migration management and ensuring assistance to migrants in Bosnia and Herzegovina were discussed, and it was concluded that intensive cooperation with UN partners will continue, with an emphasis on setting high international standards in migration management.
