The BiH citizens who provided accommodation services but were not registered for the provision of the these services, and did not file reports, will be issued misdemeanor orders in accordance with the law.
We appeal to owners of private properties to refrain from renting accommodation to persons who do not have a regular residence permit in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as this is contrary to applicable regulations and may result in misdemeanor and criminal sanctions.
