We are informing the foreign citizens who have the status of student in Bosnia and Herzegovina that they are obligied to regulate their temporary stay if they intend to stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina longer than period of validation of visas and non-visas stay.
Request for approval of temporary stay has to be submitted in person at the relevant Field Office of Service for Foreigners Affairs at the latest 15 days prior to expiration of deadline of visas validation for longterm stay ( visas 'D') or non-visas stay.
Students who has already approved temporary stay based on education, request for extension of temporary stay must be submitted at earliest 60 days, and at latest 15 days prior to the expiration of period of approved stay.
