The Deputy Head of Mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Blanche Picarello, met today with the Director of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs, Ĺ˝arko Laketa and the Deputy Director of the SFA, Almin ImamoviÄ.
The meeting discussed the current migrant situation in our country and the possibilities for further cooperation between the IOM and the Service for Foreigners' Affairs. Mrs. Picarello highlighted the importance of joint work and coordination in facing the challenges of migration.
At the meeting, they confirmed the previous successful cooperation and implementation of joint projects, and Director Laketa higlighted the IOM as an important partner of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs, which is important for the further improvement of the work of the SFA itself, and for better management of migration issues in the country.
Mutual recognition of the importance of partnership will further strengthen their cooperation and enable further progress in achieving common goals.
