The visit of the  Police Attaché  of the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Spain to the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs – discussion on miigration challenges

The Police Attaché of the Ministry of the Interior of the Kingdom of Spain for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro, Ms. Fani Nicolas Martinez, visited the Service for Affairs with Foreigners, and held a meeting with the Director of the SFA, Mr. Žarko Laketa, the Deputy Director of the SFA, Mr. Almin Imamović and the Chief of the SFA Director's Cabinet, Mr. Goran Blagojević.

During the meeting, the Drector  Laketa introduced Ms. Martinez to the work of the Service for Foreigners' Affairs and the challenges the SFA  faces with in the context of migration.

They discussed the current trends in migration through Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the efforts of the SFA to better meet all expectations in the context of solving irregular migration.

Mrs. Martinez highlighted the importance of international cooperation in solving migration issues, and also emphasized the readiness of the Kingdom of Spain to provide support and share its experiences in this area, to which Mr. Laketa emphasized the importance of such meetings for the exchange of information and best practices in the field of migration.

We conclude that today's meeting showed the dedication of both parties in finding efficient solutions for this important issue.
